退去時立ち会いもさせてくれず、 鍵も渡したのに ないない言われ8年住んだのに、配慮も無く、請求額に驚きました。 こんな事初めてです。
大家さん側は もっと安く直せる場所知ってたと大家さんはそう言いましたが、 ここの不動産屋は、 大家さんが決めたと言ってきて、 直接大家さんに聞くと 不動産屋が全て決めたとの事でした。 皆さんここの不動産屋さんには 気を付けて下さい。同じ被害者が現れない事を願います。
