R	R T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約管理がしっかりできていない。予約ミスしたのに謝罪なし。間違えてしまったものは仕方ないので違う日にちに変えたのに謝罪が最後まで無かったのでキャンセルしました。今後の利用はないです。スタッフさんの感じも良かったのに残念でなりません。謝罪できな人には信頼できないのであずけられません。 Reservation management is not well done. 。	。。 (‪まふゆ‬) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回トリミングサロンの利用は初めてで、当日に電話して今日お願いできますかとかなり急な予約で、なおかつ時間的にも少し無理を言ってしまったのですがわざわざ確認をしてくれて空いてるとの事で1時間後に予約をして頂きました。とても急で迷惑をおかけしてしまったのに嫌そうな態度などもなく、とても丁寧な対応をしていただきました。料金プランについても最初にこことここをカットして欲しいと希望してこれくらいの料金になりますと教えて頂いたのですが、終わった後に計算したらこっちのコースの方が安くなるからと私達が損をしないようにしてくれて、とても親切だなと思いました。仕上がりもこちらの希望通り素敵にカットしていただいてとても満足しています。次回からもお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました。 This is my first time to use the trimming salon, and I made a pretty sudden reservation asking if I could call me on the day and ask for it today, and I said a little too much in terms of time, but I made sure to confirm and it is free. 軽	軽部結花 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エステカーサ幕張店　様こちらの店舗には二週に一回のグルーミングセット、月に一回のトリミングで2匹のトイプードルがお世話になっております。トリミングから帰ってくるとふわふわです...! 要望以上のまん丸っぷりに、毎回感動しております！いただく写真も可愛く撮ってもらっているので、インスタの方でも確認しています！うちの子は爪が伸びてくると気になって爪を舐めてしまうのですが、グルーミングセットで肛門線しぼりや歯磨きも併せて行っていただけるのでとても助かっております。 2匹ともやんちゃで手がかかると思うのですが、店員さんたちに会えた時は尻尾を振って大変喜んでいる姿を見るといつもとてもよくしていただいているのだな、と頭が上がりません。今後もこちらの店舗にお世話になりたいと思っています！ Este Casa Makuhari store At this store, two toy poodles are taken care of by grooming set once every two weeks and trimming once a month.
