★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪の事業でした。約束した事もしないし、事務所は1人しか居なく、連絡は取れないわ、音信不通だし、利用者の病状や困りごとの理解もできない、自分勝手な価値観で計画書を作り、分かり易い説明もできない、何の利点も得られない最悪な担当じょ男でした。相手の気持ちもわからないと本人がいう、「あなたが精神疾患者なんじゃないの？」という「歪んだ認知の持ち主で自己的な拘りへの執着が強く、あー言えば、こーいう」で 現ヘルパー事業所も最悪なこんな事業所は今まで見たことがないと言われました。利用者の困りごとに対して聞くだけは聞くけど「忙しいが口癖で愚痴ばかりいい」自分で調べようともしない。ヘルパーに精神的被害にあって苦情をずっと言っていても解決さえしないで最後は「自分も見ていないから証拠がない」と言って逃げる。こんな人が「管理責任者兼苦情責任者」を1人でしているなんて考えられない。その上、自分の感情のままに「セクハラ発言わいせ行為」までされて気持ち悪くて仕方がないです。 本人は「うちは3ヶ月待ちだから」と自慢げに言うけど、まともな仕事もできない社会通念上の常識も判らない癖に、利用者の気持ちも理解できないと自分で言っている癖に、偉そうに自慢するなって怒りたいです。 いい加減な事業所なので、全くお勧めできません。被害にあって損するだけです。
