★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little gem for Osaka! Very authentic Belgian experience in Horie. The owner and staff are some of the most personable in town. Coffee is fantastic. Frites are on point. I hear the waffles are the best in town! Totally worth checking out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waffles are really good, but all toppings add a little to the price, from whipped cream to chocolate sauce. They have different depths of chocolate sauce, too, though, which is awesome, and six flavors of ice cream. Altogether, I would definitely recommend this place. I don't even think I've seen much in the way of real waffles elsewhere.

The owner speaks fluent English, so no problems for people who aren't very familiar with japanese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely little cafe. Was lucky when we were there , no q. Shortly after there is q outside. Like others reviews, the owner speaks English and he is so amicable. Tink the customize waffle is great, saw people usually order that. We ordered the chestnut which probably abit overwhelmed .

Chocolate milk is also delicious and plenty of choice to customize the chocolate milk!
