★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも開いているレストランではなく、イベントとして今週は⭕⭕料理という感じで別のシェフが来たりするそうです。
薬草茶のイベントや、色んな内容で人が集まるコミュニティーの場という事でした。
中に入ると、店内というか、お家？古民家を使ってコミュニティーの場としている雰囲気?
テーブル席やカウンター、ソファー席などありピアノもありました?
今日はスパイスの効いたパスタランチのワンプレートとスパイスの効いたライスにカレーソースがのったワンプレートの２種類❗
ドリンクがついて1500円
二人で行ったので、１つずつ注文しました。
写真の通り、見た目もカラフルでバランスもよくスパイスの香りが際立つワンプレート‼️
ここまでどの料理にもスパイスやハーブががっつり効いた食事を食べたのは久しぶり。専門店に行かないと食べれないレベルだと思います?
料理は、みんな美味しかったです！
鶏肉をクミンとココナッツで煮たもの、パスタ、野菜のピクルスなど?
何も情報なくふらりとたまたま入ったところで、このワンプレートを食べれたのは本当にラッキーでした！ちょうどイベント初日だったそうです?ついてました～✌️
途中でオーナーさんがご挨拶にこられて色々お話が聞けました。
食や様々な事を通して人と人が繋がっていく素敵な場ですね。笑顔が素敵なオーナーさんでした?

結構大きかったな～

It's not a restaurant that is always open, but as an event this week, another chef will come with a feeling of ⭕⭕ cooking.
It was a place for medicinal herbal tea events and a community where people gathered for various contents.
Once inside, is it inside the store or at home? Atmosphere that uses old folk house as a place for community ?
There were table seats, counters, sofa seats, and there was also a piano ?
Today we have two types of pasta lunch with spices and one plate with spicy rice and curry sauce ❗
1500 yen with a drink
We went together, so I ordered one by one.
As you can see in the picture, one plate that looks colorful and has a good balance and the scent of spices stands out! ️
It's been a while since I've eaten a meal with spices and herbs in every dish so far. I think you can't eat it unless you go to a specialty store ?
The food was delicious!
Boiled chicken with cumin and coconut, pasta, pickled vegetables, etc. ?
I was really lucky to be able to eat this one plate when I happened to enter without any information! It was just the first day of the event ? It was on ~ ✌️
On the way, the owner came to say hello and listened to various stories.
It's a wonderful place where people can connect with each other through food and various things. The owner had a lovely smile ?

It was pretty big ~
There is also a fine warehouse, and it seems that it will play an active part in the future ✨
