I think both knowledge and skill are wonderful. It is a recommended shop.

ディーラーではローター交換まで言われたのですが、状態を確認いただきパットのみの交換を行い。
オイルついては、複数のオイルを提案して頂き納得できる商品を選ぶことが出来ました。
作業も1日でしていただき非常に満足しています。
今後もお願いしようと思います。
I asked for a BMW brake pad and oil change.
The dealer even told me to replace the rotor, but after checking the condition, I replaced only the pad.
Regarding oil, I was able to select a product that I was satisfied with by proposing multiple oils.
I am very satisfied with the work done in one day.
I will continue to ask.

ブレーキパッド交換依頼で行きましたが
車両を見るなり速攻で拒否されました。
手持ちのAUTEL診断機が当該車の
サービスモードに対応しているか
どうかをその場で確認もせずに
無下にディーラーへ行けと客を
追い返す対応態度が非常に残念でした。
整備情報入手の事情は十分承知してます。
(輸入車乗りならみんな理解している常識です)
とにかく整備のプロショップとしての期待値を
大きく裏切られた事が大変残念だったのです。
車検もお願いするつもりでしたが
パッド交換でこの調子ですから車検も含め
輸入車の一般整備はお願い出来ないなと諦めました。
