国際配送について、聞く前に「何もわからない」と前体条件と教えました。。。正直何もわからないで、なんでDHL EXPRESS EASYの正規取扱店となれるか？DHLの代理とは制限なしですか？
I want 0 stars.

DHLの電話担当の人と送りたい書類全部の状況など説明して配送できるとの事聞きました。問題なしで送れますからそちら店舗(はんこうやさん21竹の塚店)に書類を出してくださいと言われた。
挨拶して優し書類を送りたいと言っても、だめです、送れないですなどずっと言っていました。私は何度も似てような書類を送っていますよ。どうしても今日送らなきゃ行けないと状況説明しようとしたら、店員が怒鳴って文句ばっかり言うな、DHLの人に電話するからダメということ聞きたいねといい電話し始めた。
私はとても心が痛みました。
写真付き大学入学許可証と入国管理局許可書類を見て、個人情報の書類送れない、「だめ」など行ってきました。これは個人情報の書類じゃ無いですよと言ってもわかってくれなかったんです。
結局DHLの人が送ってオッケーと電話で伝えたから送れましたが心が痛み長い時間泣きました。
私も大きな声を出して言い返す事もできたが、大事な書類早く送りたいから、何も言えずお金払って出て行きました。

When I tried to explain the situation that I had to send it today, the clerk yelled and complained, I started calling, saying that I would like to call a DHL person and ask that it is no good.
I was very hurt.
Looking at the university admission permit with a photo and the immigration bureau permit documents, I couldn't send the documents of personal information, and I went to "No". Even if I said that this is not a document of personal information, I did not understand.
After all, a DHL person sent it and told me that it was okay, so I could send it, but my heart hurts and I cried for a long time.
I could say it out loud, but I wanted to send important documents as soon as possible, so I couldn't say anything and paid for it.
