J	Joanne J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年、この店でハンコを作って、ケースも買いました。約半年の間に3〜4回使ったと思います。先日、銀行で使った後、縁が折れて、しかも、2カ所です。これは明らかにハンコ作りの質が悪いと思って、店に持って行って聞いてみたら、「木のハンコなので、折れるよ」と言われました。木のハンコを使ったのは初めてではなく、折れたのが初めてです。店員（店長？）さんの口調は、まるで当たり前のように聞こえました。さらに、「ほかの材料を使えば、丈夫なハンコを作れる」とも笑いながら言われました。それならば、どうして最初から客に伝えなかったのですか？この店員さんの態度にがっかりです。いい店とは思いません、もう2度といきたくないです。 Last year, I made a stamp at this store and bought a case.
