S	Shinya Ishihara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の近くの公園です。砂防のために造られた巨石積み堰堤を中心にした羽根谷だんだん公園。自然豊かな公園で、水遊びやバーベキューなどが楽しめます。春には両岸に満開の桜がすごい綺麗です。それ以外の季節でも四季を感じられて美しい公園です。明治時代、木曽三川の水害を防ぐためにオランダ人土木技師のヨハネスデレーケという人物が、『川を治めるには、まず山を治めるべし』という彼の信念に基づき羽根谷砂防堰堤を施工し、他の治水工事も併せ水害が大幅に減少したらしいです。公園内のさぼう遊学館で、土砂災害について学べます。そんな歴史を振り返りながら散策すると、また別の見え方がしてきますよ。 It is a park near the local area. In the Meiji era, a Dutch civil engineer Johannis de Rijke constructed the Hanedani Sabo Dam based on his belief that "to rule the river, first rule the mountains" to prevent flooding of the Kiso Three Rivers. It seems that flood damage has been greatly reduced along with the flood control work. You can learn about sediment-related disasters at the Sabo Yugakukan in the park. If you take a walk while looking back on such history, you will get a different look.
m	masa yam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 羽根谷に作られた砂防堰堤群を活用した公園です。両側の堤防には沢山の桜が植えられており、春には素晴らしい景色が広がります。それ以外の時期でも、濃尾平野が見渡せる好立地であり、景色を楽しみながら散策ができます。遊具もあるので小さい子も遊べますし、親水広場のような場所も作られているので、水遊びもできます。感染症対策のため閉鎖されていますが、BBQもできる場所があったり、少し上流のさぼう遊学館で学んだり、展望の良い日帰り温泉があったりと、色々な遊び方ができると思います。少し山を登ると展望が開けている場所があるそうなので、今度はそこにも行ってみたいと思います。 It is a park that utilizes the sabo dams built in Hanedani.
