★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結婚指輪の歪みと傷を直してもらい、リフォームで彫り物を入れてもらいました。他店で購入した物でしたが大変親切に対応して頂きました。歪みが酷くもうダメかなと思いながら持ち込んだのですが、戻ってきた物は彫り物も素晴らしく新品以上になりました。大変感謝です。
 I had them repair the distortion and scratches on the wedding ring, and had them remodel the carvings. It was purchased at another store, but they were very kind to me. I brought it in thinking that it was so distorted that it wouldn't work anymore, but the carvings that came back were wonderful and more than new. I am very grateful.

Buy a wedding ring. I was very confused among the many, but I decided on a simple and designable one. The shop staff was very polite, and even though the production days were just in time, I am really grateful that they made it in time for the wedding ceremony. Thank you for the wonderful ring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで婚約指輪、結婚指輪共に作って頂いたのですが、店員さんがどなたも専門的な知識があり、安心して任せられます。そして、なによりアフターサービスが素晴らしいです。永久的に指輪のクリーニングが無料で、少しの違いのサイズ直しなら、これも無料でしてくれます。本日、指輪のサイズ直しと、子供の誕生石を指輪の裏側に入れてもらいたくて、お店に行きましたが、2号分もサイズアップしたのにも関わらず、直しは無料で、誕生石(ダイヤ以外)は1石2750円で入れてもらえるそうです。
友達にも安心してお勧めできるお店です。

150種類のデザイン(そこからアレンジもできる)から好きなデザインを選び、お好みと予算にあった石を選んでオリジナルのリングが出来上がります。色々デザインがありすぎて悩んでたところ、「おそらくお客様にはこのデザインの指輪がお似合いかと」と提案してもらった指輪が本当にぴったりきました！こんな感じのが欲しかったの！なんでわかったの！？すごい！と思いました。(もちろん即決)
ダイヤモンドのことも素人の私たちにもわかりやすい丁寧な説明で、他の宝飾店では教えてくれないことも教えてくれたりしました。
何より担当さんの安心感がすごい。
どこかのモールに入っているブライダルジュエリーショップのお姉ちゃんの接客とは大違いです。
ここなら任せられる！という感じ。
他のジュエリーショップをも見て回りましたが、
同じくらいのクオリティの石でもフィロンドールさんは一回り安いと思います。
広告宣伝費を抑えているからでしょうね。
また結婚指輪でもお世話になります♪

It's very different from the customer service of an older sister at a bridal jewelry shop in a mall somewhere.

I also visited other jewelry shops,
I think Philon Doll is a little cheaper even with stones of similar quality.
Probably because it keeps advertising costs down.
