★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年に何回かの家族の誕生日や、クリスマスなど少し贅沢したい時に利用してます。
先日、クリスマスケーキを予約しました。とっても可愛くて、1歳10ヶ月の娘も大喜びでした。
百貨店程高くはないですが、お手頃価格ではございません。笑
でも、材料とか含めてこだわって作ってらっしゃるのが、お店の方の人柄含めよくわかります。
上手く言えませんが、生菓子の消費期限が確か当日なのです。
という事は、変なもの入れてませんの証拠なのかと勝手に思ってます。?
焼き菓子も、ショコラも、美味しいです(^^)
1日1つだけ買って良いなら、毎日行きたいです。
でも、我慢して特別な人と特別な時間を過ごしたい時に調達しに行ってます。
大切なお店です✨

I booked a Christmas cake the other day. It was so cute and my 1 year and 10 month old daughter was delighted.
It's not as expensive as a department store, but it's not affordable. Lol
However, you can understand well, including the personality of the shop staff, that they are particular about the ingredients and so on.
I can't say it well, but the expiration date for namagashi is certainly the same day.
I think that is proof that we haven't put anything weird in it. ?
Both baked goods and chocolate are delicious (^^)
If I can buy only one a day, I want to go every day.
But when I want to put up with it and spend a special time with a special person, I go to procure it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無理をいって、モンブラン5号作っていただきました。このお店のケーキはなんでもおいしく、生クリームがとくに、おいしかったです。
チョコレートも豊富にあります

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元々は横浜の東戸塚でお店をしていらっしゃいました。この時からもとても美味しいケーキ屋さんで地元では人気でした。特にモンブランが大好きでした。別の方がコメントされていらっしゃる様に我が家でもモンブランのホールケーキを作って頂きました。とても思い出深いケーキです。
Originally, you had a shop in Higashi Totsuka, Yokohama. From this time on, it was a very delicious cake shop and was popular locally. I especially loved Montblanc. As another person commented, I asked him to make a Montblanc whole cake at home. It's a very memorable cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モンブラン、タルトルージュ、ブルターニュフロマージュ、ショートケーキ?を購入。
モンブラン、タルトルージュ、美しい！
どちらも美味しいと思います。ただ、何か足りない…。よく言えばシンプルですが、食べるうちに飽きてくる。ブルターニュフロマージュはかなり濃厚、ブルーチーズが入ってる？かなり好き嫌いが分かれるお味です。
いちごショートは、小ぶりで普通。
今回はザッハトルテ、ショコラ系はパスしました。次回、試してみたいと思います。
なお、店前の駐車場（３台分）は、交通量の多い通りに面しており、かなり危険。隣りの美容院を挟んで小さな駐車場があるので、そちらを利用した方が良いでしょう。

I think both are delicious. However, something is missing ... It's simple to say the least, but I get tired of it as I eat it. Brittany Fromage is quite rich, does it contain blue cheese? It's a taste that you like and dislike.
Strawberry shorts are small and normal.
This time, Sachertorte and Chocolat passed. I would like to try it next time.
The parking lot in front of the store (for 3 cars) faces a busy street and is quite dangerous. There is a small parking lot across the hair dressing shop next door, so it is better to use that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東戸塚にある頃から、棒状のチョコレートケーキが思い出の味です。自身の幼少期の頃からの馴染みにて、かれこれ40年近く前から知っております。一時地元から離れた時期がありましたが、結婚からかなり経って妻と再訪⇒津市に移転直前まで時折通っておりました。移転前最終日あたりに無理を言って、ショートケーキ(ホール6号だったと思います)を最後にどうしても食したく、お願いしました。妻共々、未だにこちらのショートケーキに勝るものは無く、我々の中ではいつまでもナンバーワンです！
