試用期間3ヶ月程働いていましたがその間に一度も保険などの話は1度もされませんでした。そしてもう直ぐ3ヶ月になるという時に呼ばれ適当な理由を言われ退職を勧められました。仕事中には○○はバカだからのと言ったりまだ試用期間で資格も何もない者にガスを取らせたりしたりしていました。入社した頃はちゃんとした会社かと思っていたが、お客様にはバレないからと中古の部品などを使っていたり、存在しない道具を存在している様に新コスモスの方に言ってるようです！色々と問題点があるのでもしここに就職などをしようと思っている方が居るのでしたらもっとよくお考え頂いた方が宜しいと思います。

私もここに即日その場で採用されましたが、求人内容と違ったのでお断りしました。入れ替わりが激しいようにみうけられました。実際に試用期間で、辞めていく人が多いみたいです。それか、辞めさせられるのか分かりませんが。精密機械の部品を全部覚えないといけないらしいです。そんな事求人内容には書いてませんでした。私には無理でした。後、週4以上働ける人がいいみたいで、週3はいらないみたいです。それも求人に書いてほしいです。
