★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施設長が頻繁に代わり、スタッフもスタッフ間でのおしゃべりが多い。スタッフ（パート）は向上心がなく自己流で介助していると感じる。入居者への声かけも上から目線での発言が目立つ
スタッフ間同士で嫌がらせがあり、嫌なスタッフをやってない事をでっち上げ退職させたりとやりたい放題。良いスタッフが相次いで退職。入居金に見合うかが解りません。
 The facility manager changes frequently, and the staff often chat with each other. I feel that the staff (part-time workers) have no aspirations and are assisting in their own way. Remarks from the top are conspicuous when calling out to residents
There is harassment between the staff, and you can do whatever you want, such as making up what you do not do unpleasant staff and retiring. Good staff retired one after another. I don't know if it's worth the move-in fee.
