★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今通っている最中なのであまり良くわかりませんが、上記の方のような雰囲気は私は少しも感じませんでした。
スタッフさんも月に何回か相談をもうけてくれているし、応募書類のチェック程度なら隙間時間に自発的に聞けそうです。空調はスタッフさんがこまめに気にしてくれます。減薬のことはわかりません。しかし寄り添って考えてくれているとも思えます。
とはいえ、自分自身で課題を見つけて解決してゆく力がいると思います。
今レヴューをみていらっしゃる方々も自分にあった就労移行支援施設が見つかるといいですね。色々なところへ見学、体験に行ってみるといいかもしれません。

2020年1月に就職が決まりました。アフターフォローも定期的にしてくださっています。感謝です。

The staff also consults several times a month, and it seems that they will spontaneously ask for free time if they only check application documents. The air conditioning is often taken care of by the staff. I do not know about drug reduction. However, it seems that he is thinking closely.
However, I think I have the power to find and solve issues myself.
I hope that those who are currently reviewing will also find a job transfer support facility that suits them. It may be good to visit various places and go to experience.

講座などは午前中のみ、午後は自習。
他、施設員さんとの面談が午後は主になっている様子です。
施設員さんは利用者さんの面談の際に二人付く形になっているので施設員さんの空きはほぼないように感じました。
資格取得の際の補助は無し。
千葉市内の別の施設の場合は条件付きでMOS等の資格を取得する際に補助金としてある程度のお金は出してくれます。
また、千葉市内のほか事業所の場合はカウンセリングを利用者さんにしていただけるという事もがあったりしますが、こちらはそういうのはありません。
大手でなくとも千葉市内では午前と午後、二回講座を持っている事業所があるので、こちらに通いたいというような強い欲求を得ることは、私はできませんでした。
就労移行支援はいろいろなところがありますので、一か所回ったらそこ！というのではなく、通える範囲内にあるのは自分の条件に合っているかどうかを確かめるためにいろいろと回ってみることをお勧めします。

Even if you are not a major company, there are offices in Chiba City that have lectures twice in the morning and afternoon, so I could not get a strong desire to attend here.
