西	西村 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二階にあるふくしレストランCIAOはお薦めです。レトロモダンな建物ですが、トイレは綺麗に改装されています。 Fukushi restaurant CIAO on the second floor is recommended. It is a retro-modern building, but the toilet has been completely renovated.

There are also exhibits such as the history of Tochigi prefecture. When you park your car in the underground parking lot of the new government building, tour the new government building, and then visit the Showakan, you will feel nostalgic. The new government building is wonderful, but I think the Showakan is also a very good building.
