知人に進められ、秋田県鹿角市十和田毛馬内のスーパー『ユニバース』で購入しました。
豆腐とキャベツを沢山入れて煮込みました。
全体の味のバランスが良く、とっても美味しかったです。特にニンニクが絶妙でした。

It was advanced by an acquaintance, and I bought it at a supermarket "Universe" in Towada Kema, Kazuno City, Akita Prefecture.
I put a lot of tofu and cabbage and stewed.
The balance of the whole taste was good and it was very delicious. Especially the garlic was exquisite.

ここのホルモンを食べちゃったら関東のホルモンモツ鍋は食べれない
