理由は｢昔、パンダの遊具があったから｣
や、
｢パンダのがきたことがあるから｣
などなど言われてますが、
｢入り口の壁にパンダに似た染み(汚れ)があったから｣
というのが一番濃厚な理由のようです。
夏は比較的涼しく
冬は落ち葉が凄いので面白いです

And so on,
"There was a panda-like stain on the entrance wall."
That seems to be the richest reason.
Relatively cool in summer
It's interesting because the fallen leaves are amazing in winter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔、パンダ公園と呼ばれていたところです。パンダの乗り物（置物？）はもう随分前に撤去されましたが、別の遊具が増えて相変わらず地元の子供らに人気なようです。
It used to be called Panda Park. The panda's vehicle (figurine?) Has been removed a long time ago, but it seems to be still popular with local children with the addition of other playsets.
