室内は広々としていて換気もされています。居心地のいい場所でした。なくなり次第終了とあったので慌てて伺いました。温かいうどんを注文しましたが、口コミ通り麺はもちもちでとても美味しかったです♪もっと他の料理も食べたくなりました！

The reading is "Miroku". Udon is chewy and not too soft and chewy. I ate Zaru udon, but the soup was a little dark. I was full with a lot of udon.

提供は8分くらいで冷たいうどんはぬるく
天ぷらは冷たく美味しくありませんでした。

私はGWの代休、嫁さんは土曜日の代休で2人とも休みで昨日食べられなかったので美味しい麺が食べたいと検索したらここが出てきた。
蟹江にあったうどんでは県下で5本の指に入ると思った店が閉店。
県下ではのれん分けされたのはここだけで、27年前にこの付近をGWの休みも貰えず歩き回った場所。
当時は駅の踏切脇にある小さな店でしたがうどんが美味くて‥。今の場所に移転され今日の訪問は7年ぶりになります。
やはりここに来たら海老おろしうどんが食べたいし、定食にも海老天もついている。
今日のランチは「海老おろしうどん定食」(税込770円)。五目ご飯に冷奴がついていて、嫁さんはこのメニューを注文。
私は天ぷらもついている「ざるうどんランチ」(税込780円)を注文してメニューを待ちます。
メニューは5分も経たずうちに着膳してあれ‥？。
天ぷら揚げるだけでももっとかかるはず‥等考えながら食べ始める。
ここの特徴はこの濃い汁でネギとわさびでいただくざるうどんが特徴。
ここのうどんはこの汁が合いますが、うどんが何か‥。
茹でてちょっと時間も経った感じでちょっとぬめりも感じる。
それがちょっと残念ですね。
前は従業員ももっといたはずですが、今はお二人での経営でしょうか？
あらかじめランチに出す天ぷらも揚げ置きしているようで今日はちょっと残念でした。
