ひとつひとつの小鉢もすごく美味しかった。
梅田での休日ランチ、イチオシのお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 記念日だった1月、予約して夜伺いました。エスカレーターで上がっていくとき館内にお客さんを見掛けずこんなご時世だしなと思っていましたが、華味鳥には後から後からお客さんが入ってきました。
水炊きがこんなに美味しいとは！
寒い日だったので体の芯から温まりました。スープもお肉も感激する程でコース料理大満足でした。ポン酢もゆず胡椒も美味しかったです。兼八やなかなかの麦焼酎とも相性抜群でした。
お世話していただいた係の方も丁寧、半個室なのでスタッフさん同士仕事の会話も聞こえましたが雰囲気が良さそうでした。
この日から華味鳥にはまりギフト用味噌もつ鍋、鶏トロ炭火焼き、トリカリや水炊きセットなど目にする度購入、華味鶏は裏切らないと確信してます。

Mizutaki is so delicious!
It was a cold day, so it warmed up from the core of my body. The soup and meat were so impressive that I was very satisfied with the course meal. Both the ponzu vinegar and the yuzu pepper were delicious. It went well with Kenpachi and quite a barley shochu.
The person in charge who took care of me was also polite, and since it was a semi-private room, I could hear the staff talking about work, but the atmosphere seemed to be good.
From this day on, I'm addicted to Hanamitori, and I'm confident that I won't betray the Hanami chicken when I see a pot with miso for gifts, chicken toro charcoal-grilled chicken, chicken and mizutaki set.

ランチメニューが充実していて、鉄板焼きはとてもジューシーで美味しかったです。
デザートの杏仁豆腐は絶品でした！

アクセスもよく、ヒルトンなので人混みなく落ち着いてるし、雨に濡れずに行けるのも良い
