なはんプラザ辺りにちょっとだけ用事ある際に良いですね。
駅のロータリーとかに送迎の車が沢山いる時間はこちらに停めておくとスムーズに入庫・出庫できますよ。駅の出入口からは2分ほど歩きますが。

It's good when you have a little business around Nahan Plaza.
If you park here when there are a lot of shuttle cars at the station rotary, you can get in and out smoothly. It's about 2 minutes walk from the entrance of the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花巻駅利用者に対して案内もされている、1時間無料の市営駐車場です。当然近隣施設利用時にも利用できます。花巻駅まで徒歩で行ける範囲にはありますが、途中に屋根はなく意外と離れています。雨の日には傘をお忘れなく。駅までの移動経路はほぼフラットなので車椅子やベビーカーでも容易に移動できます。
出入りのしやすいいくつかのスペースが左右にも余裕のある車椅子専用スペースになっています。駐車場幅は一般的で、特に狭すぎるとは感じませんでした。
2021年8月1日からクレジットカード、ICカードといったキャッシュレス決済をりようできるようになりました。
It is a one-hour free municipal parking lot that is also guided to Hanamaki Station users. Of course, it can also be used when using nearby facilities. Although it is within walking distance to Hanamaki Station, there is no roof on the way and it is surprisingly far away. Don't forget your umbrella on rainy days. The route to the station is almost flat, so you can easily move with a wheelchair or stroller.
Some spaces that are easy to get in and out are wheelchair-only spaces with plenty of space on the left and right. The parking lot width was common and I didn't feel it was too narrow.
From August 1, 2021, you can make cashless payments such as credit cards and IC cards.
