直工で足場代・仮設費がかなり安く抑えられており、リーズナブルな業者です。
仕事内容も誠実で間違い在りません。
その後代が替わってからも、雨漏り（原因はエアコン配管や窓パッキンでした）や部分塗りなどの小さな作業の面倒を見てくれています。
