★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the standard hamburg with demi-glace sauce and rice. First time we tried this dish and we weren't disappointed. The soft boiled egg was a great touch. Highly recommend. Restaurant is small so best to come early for dinner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place serves pork japanese style hamburger (the ones without buns). I was extremely resistant on going here because pork has a certain smell and fattiness. I was wrong. There is always a long queue during lunch on weekends and it’s a full house at night. Make sure to make a reservation for dinner to save time. The service is excellent. It’s a bit pricey but worth it. Please note that you can order a course meal or a la carte. I ordered pancetta cheese hamburger and a side of rice. You can choose a sauce from three. They recommend the demiglace. Please note there are absolutely no vegetables on the plate!

I love the cold soup more than the hamburger :) nevertheless the mustard and cream sauce is brilliant to eat with hamburger meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pork hamburg! Choose from different bases like plain, black pepper, and mozzarella; then combine with a sauce: demiglace, yuzukosho, or a creamy mustard. Rice and bread both available as sides. There's always a bit of a wait, so best to make a reservation in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5! Friendly and polite staff at a fancy? casual restaurant x Their dinner course set is very fulfilling ...! And I like how the appetizer, main dish, and dessert was optional x Great for couples but also for solo eaters as well xxx Highly recommends making a reservation before you come, because you’ll most definitely have to queue !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited 40 mins, I ordered 170g of the black pepper Hamburg with demiglace sauce and it was delicious! Remember try the dessert too! Chocolate cake with milk ice-cream was tasty! Definitely will come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small but very cozy place, specializing in pork hamburgs. Ordered pancetta bacon hamburg, with yuzu sauce and bread. Hamburg was cooked to perfection wrapped in pancetta and resting on a bed of red lentils. Great experience, can't recommend enough. On weekends better to make a reservation, as the place is very popular. One small thing though - payments can be only in cash.
