30年位前は油断すると案外値段がいっていた。今の倍くらい。
味もレベルアップしているし。

初めて10組待ちという時間帯に行きましたが、テーブルに付きオーダーいれてもポンポンと早く提供されました。
混雑帯だったのだ売り切れが多かったのは残念でしたので、もう夜の７時代は避けます。
Anyway, it was delicious. Cheap, fast and delicious triple time.
For the first time, I went to the time zone of waiting for 10 groups, but even if I ordered at the table, it was provided as soon as possible.
It was a crowded zone, so it was a pity that there were many sold out, so I will avoid the 7th era at night.

体感的に店舗だと7割くらいでネタの内部が凍っています。
持ち帰りの場合は2〜3割の確率でシャリが水分量が多すぎでいつもの半分も食べれず、大半を捨てざるを得ないことになります。
ハズレじゃないときの味は美味しいので、もっと安定させてほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開店時刻に口開けの客として訪問したので、スタッフの方達が清掃や席の準備を進める様子を見ることが出来ました。
丁寧に清掃し、各テーブル席等の消毒等、準備を行ってくれています。
寿司の方は、初めての訪問なので、主に１００円のネタを食べたのですが、こちらの方は１００円だなあ…という感じでしたが、２８０円のネタは、なかなか良い感じです。
驚いたのは、〆に食べた鴨そばが美味しかったこと。
期待していなかっただけに、驚きました。
