の	のん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星１つをつけるのも嫌なぐらいです。先日、犬の家岡山店でトリミングをお願いしました。新人が施術すると言われましたが先輩がフォローする・担当できる箇所は決まっているとの事で了承しました。しかし、結果的に器具が目に当たり両目ともかなり酷い内出血となり施術途中でトリミング中止となりました。お迎えに行き、担当者が謝罪してきましたが新人のみでフォローすると言っていた先輩？は出てもきませんでした。責任者の方も出てきませんでした。これが犬の家では普通なのですね。また、「目に器具が当たってしまって内出血してしまいました。受診された際は領収書を持って来ていただければ受診料を返金します。すみませんでした。」と説明があったのみ。何をしていて何に当たったなどもっと詳しく説明するべきだと思います。受診料の事などその説明があってからするべきなのでは。お金のことが問題なのではありません。対応に非常にがっかりしました。今後一切、犬の家さんにお世話になることは無いと思います。 I don't want to have one star.
