★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すべてのきのこが針葉樹ではなく、広葉樹を使って育てるので味がいいそうです。茶色いえのきがおすすめです。スーパーで売ってるブラウンえのきとは全然違います！見た目も大きい。自家製のきのこを使ったお惣菜、ピクルスなど、えのきの乾物おつまみもあります。東京の群馬のアンテナショップにも置いていて人気だとか。きのこなので、普通のおつまみよりヘルシーですよね。オーナーさんは感じがいいご夫婦です。特に旦那さんは色々教えてくれます。
All mushrooms are grown from hardwood rather than coniferous trees, so they taste good. We recommend brown enoki. It is completely different from the brown enoki sold at the supermarket! It also looks great. There are also enoki dried food snacks such as side dishes using homemade mushrooms and pickles. It's very popular because it's located at the antenna shop in Gunma, Tokyo. It's a mushroom, so it's healthier than regular snacks. The owner is a nice couple. Especially my husband will teach me various things.

惣菜は、3種類ありました。
キノコの乾物もあります。
ピザは、予約しないとダメでその場だと45分くらいかかると言われました。
店頭販売が、メインではないようですが、もう少し工夫があれば高評価です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相生のアオキで売っていて地元産の店がると聞いて訪問。ぷりぷりのきのこが安価で売っています。ヒットしたのがきのこジャーキー。きのこ好きですがこれはおつまみにもってこい。店の親父さんは気さくで、きのこ栽培のことを勉強させてもらった。ピザ食べたい。
I heard that there is a local store that sells at Aoki in Aioi and visited. Plump mushrooms are sold at a low price. Mushroom jerky was a hit. I like mushrooms, but this is perfect for snacks. The store's father was friendly and let me learn about mushroom cultivation. I want to eat pizza.
