★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が転勤で青森に赴任し、最初の帰省の際に駅の売店で お土産に買ったお菓子は、確か「パティシエのりんごスティック」でした。
ラグノオのりんごのお菓子って、駅の売店もそうですが、ショッピングモールやスーパー、お土産店など必ずありますよね。
ラグノオのお店は、青森県を中心に100店舗近くもあるそうなので当然ですね。
ラグノーには、青森県産のりんごを使った豊富な種類のお菓子が揃っていますが、本社はリンゴの産地、弘前市。なるほど、納得出来ます。
ちなみにラグノオってどんな意味なのかと思ったら、実は、有名な戯曲に登場する菓子職人の名前(ラグノー「ラグノ、ラグノオ」)が由来だそうです。
