駅近で店員さんもとても優しくて良い方。しかしよく混むのもあるが受け渡しに時間がかかり遅いので、さばくのが早くなるとさらに良い。

1ヶ月程前に利用しました。衣替えに向けてパーカー1着、ニット4着、ライダース1着をクリーニングさせていただきました。店員さんのおすすめで毛玉取りに毛玉防止、通常の料金より高いシミ抜きや良質なクリーニングを行っていただきました。シミ抜きに関しては出来高制という事で受け取りのタイミングで追加で料金を支払う流れでした。受け取りの時に追加で料金を支払ったので無事ある程度のシミが抜けたんだと安心して受け取りました。ところが帰宅して全て開けてみるとシミ抜きはおろか毛玉も全然取れておらずほんとにクリーニングしてくれたのかってレベルでびっくりしました。ライダースに関してはしっかりクリーニングしていただけていたので良かったのですが、パーカー、ニットに関しては全然ダメで総額1万円近く支払いしたのにとても残念です。シミは落ちないかもしれませんと事前に伝えられていたのでしょうがないと思えますが毛玉に関しては結局こちらで取らないといけなくなったので余計に手間ですし大手だからと安心して任せられると思っていたのがもう二度と利用出来ません。正直事前に伝えられていたとはいえ全然落ちてないのにしっかり満額取られるのは損した気分で少し不快でした。友人にも絶対やめた方がいいって伝えようと思います。皆さんもお気をつけ下さい。

I don't think it was told in advance that the stains might not come off, but I had to take the hairballs here after all, so it's more troublesome and I think I can leave it to me because it's a major company. I used to be able to use it again. To be honest, although it was told in advance, it was a little unpleasant to get the full amount even though it did not fall at all.
