★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリーニングの質が低く、シミや汚れは残ったままシミ抜きできませんでしたと預けた服が返却される。白洋舎は店舗によってクリーニングをする工場が異なるようで、武蔵小杉周辺の白洋舎は全て同じダメな工場にてクリーニングが行われているとのこと。実際にグランツリーの店舗でもこちらの店舗同様に、シミ抜きは愚か汚れが追加されて返ってくることは日常茶飯事。やり直しには店舗にもう一度持ち込むよう言われ、二度手間、やり直しても治らなければ更に時間がかかる、最低なクリーニング屋。店舗で働くおばちゃんも例外無く無能で、やり直したクリーニングを取りに来いと連絡を入れてくるので、家から距離があるから持ってきて欲しいと言い返すと、上司に確認しますと言うが、確認後の連絡は、やはり、取りに来て欲しい。。何の確認をしたのか謎で、なぜやり直しになったのかも理解が及ばない人しかこちらの店舗には居ない。とにかく白洋舎の名前と値段倒れのこちらの店舗は使わないことを強くお勧めする。
