★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平気で人を待たせます。 両替硬貨受取の理由で受付の人が誰もいなかったり、クリーニング品を裏から持ってくるだけで20分近く平気でかかります。こういう口コミは普段しませんが、こちらの店舗はどうしても我慢できませんでした。
Make people wait without hesitation. There is no one at the reception for the reason of receiving money exchange coins, or it takes almost 20 minutes just to bring the cleaning goods from the back. Such word of mouth is not usually done, but this store could not endure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 取りに行ったら、シャツが１枚足りず、探していたが出てこない。時間がかかっていたので、急ぎじゃないので次回でいいです。と言って帰ったが、次に行くと、その話の引き継ぎすらされておらず、また１から説明。そこから探し始めたが、やはり見つからない。後ろが並び始めたので、もう次回でいいです。と帰宅。次の回は、主人が取りに行ったが、お店からは何も言われなかったそうで、やはり引き継ぎされてないのか？それから利用していないが、半年以上経った今でも、お店からシャツが見つかったとの連絡はない。二度と行かない。
