契約までの打ち合わせ等は対応もよく順調に進みましたが
リフォームが始まってからは、営業担当者からの伝え漏れが多々あり
やり直しが何か所もありました。おかげで工期が一か月伸びてしまい迷惑でした。リフォームが終了してから、営業担当者は挨拶にもきませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お風呂をリフォームしてもらいました。昔ながらの古いお風呂で寒くてヒートショックが心配で・・・。営業の方には窓も一緒に変えたら暖かさがいますと提案してもらって、その通りにしました。
この寒い時期ですが、全然違います。本当に良かったです。
I had the bath remodeled. I'm worried about heat shock because it's cold in the old-fashioned old bath. I asked the sales person to suggest that it would be warmer if I changed the windows together, and I did exactly that.
It's this cold time, but it's completely different. It was really good.
