★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピーア軒の名前はイタリア軒創業者、ピエトロ・ミリオーレからつけられたあだ名「ピーア」から。 今や本家以上に新潟の洋食の歴史を感じれる味わいと個人的には思います。
ランチは手ごろな値段で本格的洋食が楽しめ、看板料理でもあるカレーやハヤシライスは特にオススメです。
The name of the Pia eaves is from the nickname "Pia" that was given by the founder of Italy, Pietro Milliole. Personally, I think that the taste of western food in Niigata can be felt more than the original family.
For lunch, you can enjoy authentic Western food at reasonable prices, and the curry and hayashi rice, which are also signature dishes, are especially recommended.

Ishiyaki caledria and the set ice cream were delicious! Doria is hearty, and cheese is also involved! It was a cold day and I was happy with the hot doria!

ディナーのコース料理は綺麗で美味しくついついお酒が進んでしまいます?笑
ランチではビーフカレーとポークカレーとステーキが一緒になっているものを頂きました！ビーフカレーは少し辛さもあり、ポークカレーは甘めになっていました。中に入っているお肉もホロホロと柔らかく煮込まれていました！?
上に乗っていたステーキも柔らかく臭みもなく美味しかったです！
個人的にはビーフカレーがおすすめです！
ピーア軒さんでもビーフカレーを推しているみたいなので、是非行った際はビーフカレー食べてみて下さい?

At lunch, I had beef curry, pork curry and steak together! The beef curry was a little spicy and the pork curry was sweet. The meat inside was also simmered softly! ?
The steak on top was also soft and delicious with no odor!
I personally recommend beef curry!
It seems that Piaken also recommends beef curry, so please try beef curry when you go ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外部研修も今日が最終日。今回は研修会場の近所にある老舗洋食屋さん『ピーア軒』さんを威力偵察。魅力的なメニューが沢山あるが、オムライスセット(税込９００円)に挑戦する事にした。
待つこと１５分で本丸のオムライスはやって来た。オムライスの右翼を固めるはミニサラダ。程良い盛のレタスにはミニトマト・粒コーン・ニンジンが少々、それに小さな角切りベーコンが助太刀している。爽やかなりんごの香りがするのは気のせいか？左翼を守るはミネストローネ。小さなカップに具が詰まっている。小兵と舐めて掛かると怪我するぜw
本丸のオムライスの装甲はふわふわ玉子。近年流行るＴＫＧの様なとろとろではなく大衆食堂の様な薄焼き玉子でもない。薄いけど口に含めば判る確かなふわふわ感。これが老舗洋食店の実力と言う奴か…。チキンライスはしっとりした仕上がりで味付け自体は少し控えめ。これに少し酸味が効いたトマトソースが三位一体となってそそり立つオムライス山！大満足の内に登りきる事が出来ました。
住宅街に立地しているピーア軒さん。平日にもかかわらず昼時からほぼ満席。人気の高さが窺える。ビーフカレーも評判との事なので、遠からずまた御邪魔したい…(っ´ω`c)
Today is the last day of external training. This time, a powerful reconnaissance of the long-established Western-style restaurant "Piaken" near the training venue. There are many attractive menus, but I decided to try the omelet rice set (900 yen including tax).
After 15 minutes of waiting, the omelet rice of Honmaru arrived. A mini salad that hardens the right wing of omelet rice. A moderate amount of lettuce is supplemented with a few cherry tomatoes, corn and carrots, and a small diced bacon. Is it because of the refreshing scent of apples? Minestrone protects the left wing. The ingredients are packed in a small cup. If you lick it with a small soldier, you will get hurt.
The armor of the omelet rice of Honmaru is a fluffy egg. It's not a mellow egg like TKG, which is popular in recent years, and it's not a thin roasted egg like a popular cafeteria. It's thin, but it's definitely fluffy when you put it in your mouth. Is this the power of a long-established Western-style restaurant? The chicken rice has a moist finish and the seasoning itself is a little modest. Omurice mountain where tomato sauce with a little sourness rises as a trinity! I was able to climb up with great satisfaction.
Peer eaves located in a residential area. Despite weekdays, it is almost full from noon. You can see how popular it is. Beef curry is also popular, so I'd like to bother you again soon ... ('ω`c)

仕事が長引き、13時すぎの来店でしたがお断りされることなく、食事させてもらえました。
少し前に通ったときは臨時のお休みのようでしたので、立ち寄れて良かったです。感謝

週替りランチはチキンカツとグラタンがとても美味しかったです。
ハヤシライスも少しもらいましたが、濃厚かつ旨味があってとても良かったです。
駐車場はお店の前に1台、道を挟んで対面に3台ずつの計7台駐められるようになってます。
お支払いは現金のみ。
ランチはお得感ありますので、また寄りたいと思います。

My work was prolonged and I came to the store after 13:00, but I was allowed to eat without being refused.

I got a little hayashi rice, but it was very good because it was rich and delicious.
There is a parking lot in front of the store, and three parking lots across the road, for a total of seven parking lots.
Payment is cash only.
Lunch is a great deal, so I would like to stop by again.
