D	D Terry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前に電話で問い合わせを入れ、症状を説明して点検などをお願いできるか聞いたところ一度見てみたいとの事だったので、時間は伝えなかったがこの日にいきますと伝え一旦電話を切る。その日(電話の2日後)になって実際に行き事務所に入ると男女１名ずつがいたにもかかわらずなんの応対もなく、逆に男の方は迷惑そうな顔をして何か用かと言わんばかりの態度。そこは一旦我慢して2日前に電話をいれた事を伝えると、めんどくさそうに車はなんだとか症状はどうだとかを聞いてきた。その間横にいる女は我関せずと何もせずパソコンを見ているだけ。あまりに気分悪かったのでそのまま何も頼まずに出てきました。念のため言っておきますが私は横柄な態度はとっておらず、ちゃんと丁寧に話をしていましたので。こんな店に大事な車を見てもらおうと思わないし、適当にされそうなので、もう2度と行きません。なぜこんなに評価が高いのかがわからない。関係者で点数あげてるだけじゃないかと思ってしまいます。もしくは新規の客は必要ないのでしょう。ここに行こうと考えられている方、是非他のところにすることをおすすめします。 I asked in advance by phone and asked if I could explain the symptoms and ask for a check, so I wanted to see it once, so I didn't tell the time, but I said that I would go on this day and hang up the phone .
