★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 膝が痛くて診てもらいました。何度か水を抜きましたが、抜いても抜いても痛みと腫れは引かず。違う整形を受診したところ、1回水を抜いてもらっただけでスッキリしました。何度も通いましたが、何の治療をしていたのかと思ってしまいます。

突き放すような言い方をされ、少なくとも悩みに寄り添ってくれるような感じには見えませんでした。看護師さんは好印象です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年くらい通っててあまりよくならず終いには「全然良くならないんですね」って半笑いされてから行かなくなりました！看護師さんは、良い人なんですけどね。今は、整体に行ってかなり良くなりました。半笑いされたときかなり腹立つましたが、おかげで良い整体に巡り合えたのでそこだけ感謝ですね
After about two years, it didn't get much better, and at the end I was half laughed at "It doesn't get better at all" and then I stopped going! The nurse is a good person, though. Now I went to manipulative treatment and it has improved considerably. I was quite annoyed when I was half laughed, but thanks to that, I was able to meet a good manipulative treatment, so I am grateful for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の方(前髪がかなり短い50歳？近い方)が患者さんの家族にお薬手帳を出さなかったりと不備があったら鼻で笑ったり、ほかの受付の方にコソコソ文句を言ったりしているのを見て目を伏せたかったです。急に家族が具合悪くなったら誰でも動揺すると思います。
帰る時にもイライラした態度でお会計も横柄な態度をしていてお大事にの一言言っても良いのではないでしょうか。
女医の先生にはニコニコして対応しているのだからもう少し接遇に気をつけてもらえるといいです。
先生、看護師さん、リハビリの方も素晴らしい方達なのに残念です。患者さんは待合室ではテレビより受付の対応に釘付けでしたよ。
