★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新人さんのお客様に対しての接客がとても雑で残念な気分になります。接客業なのだからもう少し心遣いがある方がよいかもしれません。ずっと日ノ出町店にいるようであれば、他のIWASAKIの店舗の方がトータル的に満足できるかもしれません。近くて良かったのですがとても残念でした。
 It makes me feel sorry that the customer service for new customers is very rough. Since it is a hospitality business, it may be better to be a little more considerate. If you stay at the Hinodecho store all the time, other IWASAKI stores may be more totally satisfying. It was nice to be close, but it was very disappointing.

混んでいるのにスタッフ全体の雰囲気が心地良かったです。
