ネット予約もこちらの了承もとらないまま勝手にキャンセルされるなど接客が最低でした。
 I asked the staff working there, I don't wash the cups of drinks served at the store, and I feel sick because it's too dirty to ask such things as with lipstick on.
The customer service was the worst, as the online reservation was canceled without permission.
