Now, usually after bleach processing is done you have to wash it off with water and shampoo. Today, they just washed bleach of my hair with water! I have been getting hair bleached for a very long time, and this is first time ever someone didn't use shampoo when removing bleach. Then i was getting color on hair. They washed it with shampoo and that's all! No conditioner or anything. Like im just so suprised. Never have i ever had to deal with this. Then after drying my hair, they didn't apply any hair oil or just any product at all. The person just blow dried it and let me go. No styling, no straightening/curling. I don't know if the staff member was just lazy or its company's policy, but im just in huge shock
