m	masumi kawata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QBカットが休日だったため本日、初めて行きました。螺旋階段を下りてすぐにあります。対応は、丁寧で雰囲気も良かったのですが、、、横と後ろを刈り上げて、トップは、４㎝切ってくださいと１０数年間、同じ髪型でこのお店でもお願いをしたところ、4㎝も切れませんとのこと。なるべく近づけますとのことで、鏡を見た所（眼鏡をはずして見えないので）切ったのは２㎝にしかすぎず、落胆でした。トップが立っても良いのでもう一度切ってもらえますか？とお願いしたところ、機嫌悪くカットしているハサミに現れるかのように切り始めました。挙句に１ヶ月に一度切ってもらわないと感覚が分かりません。とのこと。別に注文した事をやってくれれば済むことなのに、、、一度目は、鏡を見せましたが、最後は鏡確認なし！眼鏡も自分で取れとばかりに、はい終わりましたとタオルをたたんで後ろから言葉を発するありさまです。常連さんは、来ているのでしょうが、初めて行く場合はお勧めしません。そういえば、ハサミも落としていました。（これやっちゃダメでしょ。）もう行くことはありませんので、別に構いませんが丁寧な接客との口コミは、表面的なものだと感じました。本当は、星１つもつけたくないですね。 I went for the first time today because the QB cut was a holiday.
