時間通り来店しました。その時は店員が
お待ちください。と一言...予約時間や名前も確認されないまま待たされ。
そこから15分以上たってもなんの対応なかったので無言で帰りました。もしあのまま待っていたら何分待つことになっていたのか分かりません。なんのための時間指定の予約だったのか、お店になにか事情があったのならせめて一言くらい対応ないものかと...
週末ということもあって予約時間に間に合うように急いで帰宅し用意をし来店したのに
非常に残念でした。
もう予約も来店することもないです。
時間を大切にされる方は他のお店を利用した方が良いと思います。
ここまで意味の無い予約は初めてでした。

Because it was a weekend, I hurried home and prepared for the reservation time, but I came to the store.
It was very disappointing.
I don't have to make reservations or come to the store anymore.
Those who value time should use other shops.
It was my first time to make a meaningless reservation so far.
