返信見ました。私が利用しようとしたのはグルーポンです。それでカットを依頼したら予約は2～3カ月先、グルーポンを利用しなければ1～2週間先に予約がとれます、と言われたのはなんだったのでしょうか。名前は覚えていませんが女性スタッフでした。それと依頼しようとしたのは台風の時期ではありません。ぜひ電話対応するスタッフ全員に統一した対応をしてほしいです。口コミが良い評価のものばかりで楽しみだったのに残念でした。
