小	小真 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてだったのですが客への配慮が足りなく感じました。カットとパーマをお願いしたのですが、今までの経験上少し長めにカットしてパーマをかけて最後またカットで微調整をしていく所が殆どだったのに、いきなりバツバツっと雑に切られその後パーマへ。パーマ中熱くないですか？等の確認も無くただ放置。実際脳天地肌焼けるかと思う位熱くて自分で体制ズラして何とかしました。雑にカットされた結果、案の定お願いした長さよりも短く仕上がり(肩位の長さボブ希望がショート)、さらには形を整える事も無く、パーマ液を流した後のドライヤーも中途半端(明らかに濡れている箇所が残っていた)これで終わりと言われたときは「は？」と思いましたし、家でのスタイリング方法説明受けたあと「え、ムースつけていくんすか？」と面倒くさそうな口調で言われ、お願いしたら明らかセミロング～ロングヘアーの人に使う量だろと思う大量のムースを塗られ髪は更にびしょびしょに… 家に着いてから気が付いたのですが、後ろの髪の毛が5～6本長いまま残ってました。最後ちゃんと確認してくださいよせっかくイメチェンして新年度むかえようと思ったのに酷すぎる出来上がりで泣きたくなったし、恥ずかしくって無理やりハーフアップにして誤魔化してる状況です。終始酷いところだらけで怒りがおさまらず思わず長文になってしまいました。 It was my first time, but I felt that there was not enough consideration for customers.
