み	みーまん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マツエクやカットなど何度かお世話になってます。先日、子供(４歳、１歳)のカットをお願いしたのですが大泣きで大騒ぎでとても迷惑を掛けたのにも関わらず、最後まで皆さん笑顔で素敵な対応でした。自分も含め、毎回リクエスト以上の仕上がりで大満足です。店内も綺麗で落ち着いた雰囲気です。休日はBIG HOPが混雑してる為に駐車スペースを探すのが大変ですが、それでもオススメしたいお店です。 I have been indebted to Matsuek and cut several times. c	chie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度も遊びに行くBIGHOPにて、お店の前を通りがかった際に素敵な笑顔の女性スタッフさんにパンフレットをいただいて「キッズスペースもあります！お子様連れでも大丈夫です！」とワンオペ育児の私には大変有り難いお言葉をいただき、先日に5歳と4歳と1歳の子供を3人も連れてお世話になってきました。とても明るくて清潔感溢れる店内♪キッズスペースには柵がついていてきちんと区切られており、おもちゃもたくさん備えられていて、私は子供たちの様子が見えるキッズスペースのすぐ隣の席にてカットしていただきました。末っ子が泣いて行ったり来たりしてご迷惑をおかけしてしまいましたが、スタッフの皆さんは嫌な顔ひとつせずに私にも子供たちにも笑顔で対応してくださいました。「抱っこしていてもいいですよ」と優しいお気遣いをしていただいたり、早く終われるようにシャンプーなしのメニューにしていただいたり、子連れにとっても優しい、あたたかい美容室でした。カットの出来は理想通り！ショートカットが得意な美容室を探していた私にとってドストライクでした！担当してくださった店長さん、本当にありがとうございました！子供たちにも優しく接してくださって、大変感謝しています。またお世話になるつもりです！(^_^) When I walked in front of the store at BIGHOP, I received a pamphlet from a lovely smiling female staff and said, “There is a kids space! The youngest child was crying and coming back and forth, but the staff members responded with smiles to me and the children without any unpleasant faces. It was a warm beauty salon that was friendly to children, such as having a gentle caring, “You can hold it,” or having a shampoo-free menu to finish quickly. The cut is as ideal! It was a strike for me who was looking for a beauty salon that was good at shortcuts! Thank you so much for the manager who was in charge! I am very grateful to the kindness of my children.
