★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワイシャツのボタンは消耗品なので、クリーニング一回目の新品であっても、通常仕上であればボタンはどれだけ割れても弁償しないとのことです。何十回とクリーニング出したものでしたら多少仕方ないかと思いますが、機械プレスだから調節できなく容赦なくつぶすみたいですね。プロとは言えないですよね。
 The buttons on the shirt are consumables, so even if they are new for the first cleaning, they will not be compensated no matter how much the buttons are broken if they are normally finished. I think it can be helped if it has been cleaned dozens of times, but since it is a mechanical press, it can not be adjusted and it seems to be crushed mercilessly. You can't call it a professional.
