★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 着席するなり、男性の店員さんに髪色や髪型をボロクソに言われたので、今回は結構ですと施術を断って出ました。後日のメールには、謝罪どころか「(笑)」を多用したものが届きました。なにも笑えません。
 As I was seated, a male clerk told me that I had a hair color and a hairstyle, so I decided to decline the treatment. In the later email, I received an apology or something that used a lot (laughs). I can not laugh at anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットペッパーで予約して時間ちょうどに着きました。
座ってお待ちください と言われ20分…ただただ待たされました。
結局時間がなくなりそのままとんぼ返り。
せめてあとどれくらいとか言ってくれればいいのに時間を無駄にしてその日の予定が全て台無しに。
3年ほど通っていましたがとくにこの店にこだわりはないのでほかの美容院を探すことにします。
I made a reservation with Hot Pepper and arrived just in time.
I was told to sit down and wait for 20 minutes ... I just waited.
After all, the time runs out and it just turns back.
I wasted my time and ruined all my plans for the day, though I should at least tell you how much more.
I've been there for about 3 years, but I'm not particular about this shop, so I'll look for another hairdresser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美容師さんのレベルが高いが安い。お客さま目線での素晴らしいアドバイスをしてくれます。予約が取りにくくなるので教えたくない。と言いつつも友人が何人か通いだしました。(笑)
Hairdresser's level is high but cheap. They give great advice from the customer's perspective. I don't want to tell you because it will be difficult to make a reservation. But some friends went there. (Lol)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越しでいろいろな土地の美容室に行った経験がありますが、一番自分でも手入れがしやすいように工夫していると思います。
切った時から髪の毛がふわっふわになりますし（切ったばかりの毛先もツンツンパサパサしない）家でも簡単にスタリングできます。長い目で見てトータルスタイリングしてもらえるのでものぐさは私にはありがたいです。
スタイリストさんはベテランさんばかりで、どの方に切ってもらってもカウンセリングもしっかりで手早い！ しかも申し訳ないくらいの値段なので気軽に行けちゃいます。
私は美容室ではまったり過ごしたい派なのですが、空気を読んでマシンガントークをしてこないのも（他の方を見ると普通におしゃべりもしていますので合わせてくれていると思います）さすがベテランさんと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度かカットに伺いました。なかなか予約が取れない人気店らしい。ホットペッパーには5〜6人スタッフがいると記載されてるのに実際は3人、、、電話は繋がらない！忙しいと受話器が上がってると説明されるが繋がらない事に対しての謝罪は一切ない！！じゃ、遅れる時はどうすればいいんだろう？って感じ！人気店と言うよりは働いてる人が少ないんだな！
この前は上から目線で強い口調でお客さんに話してた！どんだけあなたが偉いのですかって感じ！周りを気にせずお客さんを怒る人って人としてどうかと思う！話もウチの娘凄いんですとかアピール凄すぎ！聞いてるお客さんかわいそう。
上手な美容師さんも居るけどなんだかかわいそうな店、、、
