★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下呂市に転居してから家の改装の為の材料や道具を買いに利用しています。店長、店員さんいつも忙しそうですが、商品探すのに手を止めてとても親切に対応して下さいます。品揃いがイマイチに感じる時もありますが意外と便利で値打ちな物も結構あるので総評価は満足しています。
After moving to Gero city, I use it to buy materials and tools for home remodeling. The manager and the clerk seem to be busy all the time, but they stop looking for products and respond very kindly. There are times when the product lineup doesn't feel right, but there are quite a few items that are surprisingly convenient and reasonably priced, so I am satisfied with the overall evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素晴らしい体験をさせていただきましたのでここで感謝します。私たちが利用したキャンプ場の地面が非常に硬く，持参したペグでは歯が立たなかったためこちらのお店に駆け込みました。都合20本ほど金属ペグに置き換える必要がありましたが，お店のＯさんがとても親身に代替方法を考えてくださり，工事用の金属製ロープ止めだと1本あたりたったの100円でしのげるとの妙案！ さすがはプロフェッショナルです！ おかげで写真のようにテントどころかタープもがっちりホールドでき，4日間楽しめました。それどころか隣で同じように苦労されていたキャンパーを助け，一時の豪雨を楽しむことさえできました。Ｏさん，萩原店さん，日頃のご研鑽のたまものです。本当にありがとうございました。今後も地域の力強い守り手でいてください！
