★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いろんな施設に相談に行ったけど、「何人待ち」「いまいっぱいです」とほとんど門前払いに近い形で途方にくれていました。ここの施設の相談を受ける人は、自分の事のように親身になって対応してくれました。
若い年齢の方ばかりが働いているようでしたが、挨拶も明るくすごく感じがよかったです。
残念ながら母が亡くなって、入居できませんでしたが、入院までの道筋をたてられたのもここに伺ったからだと思います。

It seemed that only young people were working, but the greetings were bright and very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通の暮らしと、ここの施設長さん普通のくらしと言っていますが、働いている人のほとんどが名ばかり正職員で一年ごとの契約する、契約社員です。正は基本終身雇用ですが一年の契約意味がわかりません。下で働いている人は真面目で、他で断られた利用者さんを預けてくれる部分は本当に、断られた方はいいには、いい施設で普通の暮らしだと思います。利用する側はいいと思います。ただ働く側は普通の暮らしはできないです。年配の方が少ない施設です。介護は色々な年代が集まって仕事をするのがスタッフです。利用するのはいいと思いますが、働きたい方は辞めた方がいいです。本当の普通の暮らしをした方は。
