ア	アキ0625 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前だけど、製造で働いた。給与はきっちり貰えたけど、待遇が悪すぎる。少ない人手で多すぎる仕事量、1.5人～2人でやることを１人やらされる。しかも休憩時間は決まった時間を与えられず、作業工程の合間に取れ！と。ただその合間には次バッチの準備・計量など、結局いつやすみゃいいんだよ！って状態でした。毎日おにぎり作っていき、合間に合間に一個ずつ食べて、どうにかしのいでました。テキパキやらないと全く休めない。それで急ぐがミスすれば、役員を集められて吊し上げられる。何で間違えたの？ふざけんな！！現場社員、上長もそれが当たり前になってて違和感を感じてない。働き方改革で多少マシになったのかもしれないけど、絶対にオススメできない会社です。
