鉄	鉄道王 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 津駅から歩いて５分弱ほどの場所に２０２１年５月にオープンした和食のお店、平日のランチで利用してみました。店内はカウンター６席とテーブルが少しといった造り、１２時少し過ぎくらいに入りましたがほかにお客さんは３組でした。この日のランチメニューはまぐろ漬け丼とお蕎麦のセット、それにおばんざい三種と白ご飯とお蕎麦のセットの２種類でどちらも税込１５００円、その中からまぐろ漬け丼のセットをチョイス、+２００円でお蕎麦がざるそばからすだちそばに変更することとできたのでそうしてもらいました。まぐろ漬け丼とお蕎麦は一緒ではなくまずはまぐろ漬け丼、食べ終わった後にお蕎麦というカタチで別々に出してくれます。まずはまぐろ漬け丼、まぐろは器は小さいですがしっかりした切り身のがたっぷり入っていますね、旨みの濃いまぐろはなかなかのもの、ヅケとしてもすごくイイ味していますね、コレは美味しいです。そしてすだちそば、コシが強くキリッと引き締まったお蕎麦、なかなかにイケますね、つゆもさっぱりした中にもしっかりした味わいが感じられますね、すだちの爽やかな風味もたまらなかったです。なかなかにレベルの高い料理でしたね、これならほかの料理も間違いないと思うので今度は夜の部にお邪魔してお酒とともに美味しい料理を楽しんでみたいと思います、ごちそうさまでした。 I tried using it for lunch on weekdays, a Japanese restaurant that opened in May 2021 in a place less than 5 minutes on foot from Tsu station.
