C	Christine T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little pastry shop with warm and friendly staff tucked away in the narrow streets just slightly off the Hizume Shotengai shopping street. The empty lot across the street from the shop is the parking area for the shop, so if you're coming by car you can either park there or it is also a short walk from the free parking lot on the main street. There specialty is vegan pies and quiche. Their apple pies and raspberry apple pies are tart and delicious. They also have seasonal pies, in this winter fall season that includes a pumpkin and chestnut pie full of mouthwatering spices. Everything is take-out only, and there is no space to sit down in the shop. The pies and quiche are also all sold frozen, so by the time you get home they may be just right to eat. The recommended way to eat the pies are to allow to defrost either 2 to 3 hours in the fridge or 15 to 30 minutes at room temperature. Heat up the quiche in a toaster oven before eating for maximum yum. Cook them for about 5 minutes if you've already defrosted them or cook them for about 10 minutes if they are still frozen. Check on them frequently and if they start to look like they will burn on top, cover with aluminium foil and continue cooking.
