 A superb view that can be reached immediately from the city. There are some dangerous places, but it is well maintained and easy to walk.

The scenery was very good, and I could feel the history of the Takeda family. Since I have never seen various landscapes before, I can evaluate it as A rank, and it is lonely that it is not in Yamanashi 100 famous mountains. ?

My trail running course. I always climb up from Midorigaoka Sports Park and go back to Takeda no Mori. I started trail running here. The best course overlooking the Kofu basin, the Southern Alps and Mt. Fuji. Thank you

You can get a panoramic view of Kofu! I think it's a good idea to reach out from Midorigaoka, Lake Chiyoda, and the Forest of Health.

距離は大して無いのですが、思ったよりも道のりが険しかったですね。
途中で富士山が見えてとても気持ち良かったです！
I stopped by when I went to Lake Chiyoda.
The distance isn't that great, but the road was steeper than I expected.
It was very nice to see Mt. Fuji on the way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく、トレーニングに使用してます。距離が緑ヶ丘体育館の駐車場から4kmなんですが、段差が激しく結構疲れます。色んな筋肉使うので良いと思います！
I often use it for training. The distance is 4km from the parking lot of Midorigaoka Gymnasium, but the steps are very tiring. I think it's good because I use various muscles!
