★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parasites, exploiting foreigners for studying English for free. I went there asking for help, and they told me arrogantly that my company should help me. No one helps foreigners here, especially companies, who use foreigners as cheap working force, easy to humiliate, and throw away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great for foreigners living in Hachioji. They have language lessons, tutors, international events, consultations (ones also with a lawyer & translator), translators for clinical support, and useful information pertaining to foreign residents. If you have a chance to visit their office, I recommend taking a look at the billboards they have. There's all sorts of useful information posted there as well. If you need to contact the association, I recommend emailing them.
